Products

We sell original artworks, art prints, and handmade frames. Due to the handmade and artistic nature of our products, slight variations in colour, texture, or finish may occur and are not considered defects.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) unless stated otherwise. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. Payments are securely processed via third-party providers.

Orders

Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless agreed to by us in writing. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders if required.

Shipping

Shipping times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services. Risk of loss passes to you once the order has been dispatched.

Intellectual Property

All artwork, images, and content on this website are the intellectual property of Studio Stokes and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

The purchase of an artwork does not transfer copyright. Purchasing an original artwork or print grants the buyer ownership of the physical piece only. The artist retains all rights to reproduction, publication, and commercial use, including but not limited to prints, licensing, and promotional use.

Unauthorised use of any artwork or content may result in legal action.
