We take great care in the creation and presentation of our artworks. Please review this policy carefully before purchasing.

Change of Mind

Due to the nature of original art, prints, and handmade frames, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.

Original Artworks

Original paintings are unique, one-of-a-kind works and cannot be replaced. In the unlikely event an original artwork arrives damaged, remedies will be assessed on a case-by-case basis in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, including clear photographs of the Artwork and packaging. Where appropriate, we may offer a refund, or alternative resolution. Replacement is not available for original artworks.

If the damage if confirmed refunds will be issued to original payment method.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a refund or other remedy for a major failure and to compensation for any reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

Returns

Returns will only be accepted where approved in writing. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, following the instructions provided.
